Keheng mixer can provide mixing services for different media/medium, such as chemical reagents (potassium permanganate, ammonium perchlorate, sodium chlorate), petroleum crude oil, minerals, slaking lime, cosmetics, etc., as well as substances with high viscosity and high pH. For different substances, we will carry out different designs and test calculations.
Keheng side entry mixer is composed of motor, reducer, frame, mechanical seal/skeleton oil seal, propeller impeller, external support and other components. Side entry mixer can be a good solution to installation difficulties, inconvenient use, difficult maintenance and other problems, directly installed on the side of the use of the container/tank, can be a good test and maintenance, while achieving the same mixing effect.
Under normal circumstances, before delivery, Keheng mixer will judge according to the category of products, there are ordinary wooden boxes and fumigated wooden boxes. For the mixer that has been fully assembled, the worker will pack the impeller with bubble film, and install the motor and reducer with transparent protective film to prevent rust during transportation and corrosion by seawater molecules during shipping. Subsequently, the worker will firmly fix the mixer on the support column of the wooden box through the connecting flange, and then nail the wooden box around, and finally spray the attention mark on the surface of the box, that is, the packaging is completed and ready to be shipped.
Installation of top entry mixer: Before waiting for the motor and reducer to come to the factory, the workers will first prepare the frame, shaft, impeller and other components, and start installation if necessary. After waiting for the motor and reducer to enter the factory, all components will be installed together. Then the idling test is carried out, the noise, speed, etc. are recorded, and the leakage test is carried out when there are sealed parts. Then according to customer requirements or general practice, the final paint decoration of the mixer.
