KEHENG top-entry agitators provide excellent and cost-effective applications all types of fluids,including high-DS fibrous sludge.KEHENG top-entry agitators combine dry-installed drives with robust shafts and impellers,so that can guarantee reliability,energy efficiency,hygienic handing,and simplicity of installation and service.
Keheng top entry mixer is composed of motor, reducer, coupling, solid shaft/hollow shaft, impeller, frame, mounting flange and other components. It has the characteristics of stability, durability and energy saving. The average service cycle of Keheng agitator is 15 years, during which only regular inspection, maintenance, and replacement of seals if necessary are required.

Product Packaging
Under normal circumstances, before delivery, Keheng mixer will judge according to the category of products, there are ordinary wooden boxes and fumigated wooden boxes. For the mixer that has been fully assembled, the worker will pack the impeller with bubble film, and install the motor and reducer with transparent protective film to prevent rust during transportation and corrosion by seawater molecules during shipping. Subsequently, the worker will firmly fix the mixer on the support column of the wooden box through the connecting flange, and then nail the wooden box around, and finally spray the attention mark on the surface of the box, that is, the packaging is completed and ready to be shipped.
