Project Background:

In July 2024, KEHENG received an inquiry from a customer in an Eastern European country for a mixer project involving flotation sludge and dirty wash water mixing in water treatment. 

The customer provided detailed tank size, power requirements and speed parameters, and specified the mixing shaft and blade material is 304 stainless steel. 

As a professional mixing equipment supplier, we immediately launched the corresponding technical evaluation and equipment selection design work.

Proposal Design And Customer Communication:

According to the customer's needs, our technical team of quickly sorted out all the relevant information and designed a top-entry mixer solution suitable for customer's project. In order to ensure that customers have full confidence in our factory and production capacity, we have specially prepared a factory introduction video according to customers' requirements.

The video details KEHENG’s production and quality control processes, including:

· Incoming materials area: shows the procurement and acceptance process of raw materials.

· Spare parts storage area: ensure the standard storage of spare parts.

· Mixing shaft processing area: shows the precision machining process.

· Cutting and welding area: Highlights the manufacturing process of stainless steel parts.

· Paint spraying area: ensure the quality and durability of equipment surface treatment.

· Assembly inspection area: shows the assembly and testing process of finished equipment.

The video not only clearly and intuitively demonstrates our strength as a manufacturer, but also wins the trust of our customers.

Contract Signing And Production Process:

The customer was very satisfied with our design, and the two sides quickly reached an agreement and entered the contract signing stage. After receiving the payment from customer, we began to purchase raw materials and arrange production. 

Throughout the production process, we regularly report the production progress to the customer, and provide photos and videos of the production site to ensure that the customer can understand every step in real time.

Preparation Before Shipping:

Before shipment, in order to ensure the accurate distinction between the two mixer models, we have affixed clear identification stickers to the various parts of the mixers. This work was highly appreciated by the customer, ensuring that they were able to install and commission the equipment smoothly.

     

   

Customer Feedback And Outlook：

At present, these two top-entry mixers have been successfully shipped and are expected to arrive at the customer on November 7. We believe that KEHENG's mixing equipment will help customers improve the efficiency of their water treatment projects.
